The Cycle is a challenging online game for scientists from the LCE community. It combines cooperative puzzles and quests related to the CIRP LCE conference with quiz questions about LCE topics. The goal of the game is to mitigate the climate crisis and protect the future of human civilization.

It’s the year 2121. Thanks to the engineers of CIRP the climate catastrophe could barely be prevented, though with great losses. Sadly, a large underground scene has formed around the cult “Project: Noah’s Ark”, who wants to bring about the longed-for end of the world. They have managed to travel back in time to the year 2021, in which they want to prevent the climate rescue.

Back in 2021, you as the CIRP team must protect the climate rescue and stop the cultists!
